Shipping & Order Policy
- Custom-made items take 2–3 weeks to arrive, while accessories typically ship within 5–7 business days.
- Custom orders are not processed on weekends.
- If we reach out for additional information and you respond after 24 hours, your order may be delayed.
- Once you receive a tracking number, USPS is responsible for delivery. Please contact them directly for any shipping issues.
- If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, email us right away so we can make it right.
