Shipping & Order Policy

Custom-made items take 2–3 weeks to arrive, while accessories typically ship within 5–7 business days.
Custom orders are not processed on weekends.
If we reach out for additional information and you respond after 24 hours, your order may be delayed.
Once you receive a tracking number, USPS is responsible for delivery. Please contact them directly for any shipping issues.
If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, email us right away so we can make it right.

If you are unable to receive your necklace at your shipping address within this time frame, please select pickup at checkout and your item will be ready during Homecoming festivities (Thursday-Sunday). Pickup orders must be placed by August 28th.
